Canadian screen actress, best known for portraying Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first role in 2019. Silk has also been seen on Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay who is an actor, director producer playwright teacher and Director of the Drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of being a watcher of her mother's work, and attending play rehearsals. Silk made appearances in numerous commercials as a child. She graduated with a Bachelors in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University. In her early theater career she participated in at least 2 Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. They have two sons named Samuel as well as Levi. She was released in 2009. was cast as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN recognized her work as Bo, together with Lauren on Lost Girl. E! Also named it the Top TV Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has an enormous number of followers on social networks because of the popularity of the show.
