Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned by her scathing appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. She began her reviews in the latter half of 2009, and after she gained some fame (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa), Allison Pregler became part of the family at Channel Awesome. She remained on the site until mid-2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts. One covering the Charmed franchise and the other co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She has appeared on Brad Jones' show Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing awful children's film as well as RiffTrax Live Shows as well in occasional adult comedy (such as Baywatch 2017.). In late 2009 she began to review movies, and began to gain a following on forums like the Channel Awesome forums. She then became a part of the family of network movie critics. Her appearances have been in numerous Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. Doug Walker along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
